This policy explains how Property Catalyst collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services.

Information we collect

We may collect account and agency details, approved property records, lead and viewing information, chatbot configuration, service enquiries, billing references, integration tokens, security records, and conversation data processed when delivering the service to a customer.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and communicate about an existing business relationship. We do not sell personal information.

Service data

When Property Catalyst processes WhatsApp conversations on behalf of an estate agent or agency, that customer remains responsible for its relationship with the person making the enquiry. We process that information only to provide the agreed service and according to the applicable customer agreement.

Connected services

Customers may choose to connect services such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Stripe, and an automated extraction provider. We share only the information required to provide the requested integration. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Property Catalyst.

Account security

We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect portal data, including password hashing, access controls, encrypted integration credentials, session protection, and tenant-level separation. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing and retention

We may use carefully selected service providers for hosting, messaging, calendar connections, and operational support. Information is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may also object to or restrict certain processing.
