These terms govern access to the Property Catalyst website and client portal. Any paid service is also subject to the service agreement and subscription terms provided when you become a customer.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes and to learn about Property Catalyst. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.

Product information

We aim to keep service descriptions accurate. Features, integrations, availability, and pricing may change as the product develops. Details agreed in a signed service agreement take precedence over general website content.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate listing information, protecting account access, maintaining appropriate rights and permissions for data and URLs shared with the service, reviewing configured conversation rules, using approved WhatsApp templates, honouring recipient choices, and complying with applicable property, marketing, privacy, and messaging laws.

Subscriptions and connected services

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected through Stripe until changed or cancelled. Connected services are also subject to their providers' terms and availability. Customers must configure and use those integrations only for accounts and data they are authorised to access.

Intellectual property

The website, product, branding, and original content belong to Property Catalyst or its licensors. No rights are transferred except those expressly granted in a service agreement.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care in operating the website, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Property Catalyst is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
